These rules and regulations have been updated and revised as of 06/28/2021.

LV Craft Shows LLC, the promoter, the venue facilities, or either of their partners and staff members are not liable for the loss, damage, or injury to any person(s) or product(s).

LV Craft Shows® is a registered Trademark.


LV Craft Shows®:

LV Craft Shows® is primarily a craft show, meaning vendors with original crafts will always have precedence. We are limiting DS vendors to 10% or less at most shows with the exception of the big 3-day Holiday Arts, Craft & Gift Festival, which is open to craft & gift vendors. DS vendors who have items that are suitable as gifts will be permitted. There will be some shows that will only permit original crafts and or vintage and no DS or business vendors.


All applications are time stamped and are on a first come first serve basis. However, there are two exceptions:

•VIP members do get first rights at most shows.

•If we already have filled the show with similar items to yours

  • Cancelations/Refunds (In-person events):

    LV Craft Shows® has a very strict NO Refund policy. All payments/deposits are NON-refundable! No refunds, no exchanges, no trades, no subletting. 


    NO EXCEPTIONS! (Unless the show is canceled by LV Craft Shows or the venue. However, if we do provide an alternate venue or date, you will be given the option to move your funds to said event. And only then.).

  • Virtual Events:

    Our Live Virtual Event Series will run on Zoom and stream live to the LV Craft Shows® Facebook page at https://facebook.com/LVCraftShows. LV Craft Shows® will not be responsible for any technical issues during the virtual events (i.e. freezing, sound issues, internet issues). These are live shows and out of our control. It is up to each presenter to make sure to have the appropriate internet requirements, turn off devices not in use, reboot computer prior to the show, and most of all, practice prior to show date. If you cancel within less than 36 hours, a $20 cancellation fee may apply.

  • Outdoor events:

    All outdoor events will happen - rain, wind, cold, or shine.

    Outdoor vendors will receive no direct refunds, weather allowances, or weather refunds. 

    Should the venue or promoter need to cancel the outdoor event due to inclement weather, we will issue a weather credit, minus $30, to your profile to be used toward another available event (except WMC). That $30 will help us recoup a small portion of the lost advertisement cost and prevent us from having to reduce the advertisements at upcoming events. Should we cancel 10 days before the event, we will issue a full credit to your profile. 

    Again, those credits are only issued if WE cancel before the event, not if you do. And they will NOT apply to those who canceled before us canceling! Once the event is set up, even if we have to stop it due to unsafe weather, there are NO refunds.  


    Outdoor vendors need to provide tents/canopies 10x10 in size, with straight legs and a min. of 50 lbs weights on EACH tent leg - disks, or sandbags, as well as tables, and chairs. Please note that most sandbags (that come with the tent) hold less than 20 lbs. You also need a nice backdrop or wall to ensure an upscale look where guests can’t see what is in the back of your booth. You can use nice drapes, wood, burlap, anything that gives it a nice look.


    All items, vendors, signs, etc. must be inside your tents…nothing may be placed outside your tent unless you paid for a bigger space. Please no family/camping outings around the tent.


    Tents need to be white in color and have straight legs (if you have black or logo-specific tents, please contact us to see if they may be permitted). Weights and straight legs are mandatory for the safety of all involved. No slanted legs are allowed.


    If the event is in the evening, vendor needs to bring lights so that the display can be seen. Lighting at the venues are very dim.


    There is NO power access at our outdoor events. We highly recommend bringing your own power supply unit, i.e. Jackery (but not a gas or propane generator). Harbour Freight has some great battery operated lighting options.

  • Outcome:

    LV Craft Shows® cannot guarantee the outcome of any event.

    It is up to each vendor to promote the show and encourage customers, family, friends to join. We do encourage new vendors to visit our events prior to registering to get a feel for it and see if it is the right fit.

    It is also up to each vendor to set up a professional looking display, dress the part, be polite, be passionate, and be positive at all times.

  • Instructions/Set-up info:

    Please be sure to read instructions provided prior to the event. For in-person events, you shall receive a detailed set up email the week of the event. For virtual events, you will receive the instructions, zoom info, etc. a few days prior to your assigned show time. It is YOUR responsibility to read them in full.

  • Advertising:

    LV Craft Shows® does provide extensive advertising (TV, billboards, social media, fliers, banners, radio, sign spinner, and others), but it is up the vendor to invite their customers and followers as well as to provide excellent customer care during the event alongside an inviting and professional display. LV Craft 

    Shows also provides event pages on Facebook for all events and encourages vendors to post pictures and contact info to said pages.

  • Failure to occupy space:

    In the event that vendor does not occupy assigned space 60 minutes before the opening of the event, LV Craft Shows® reserves the right to sell or use space without refund or obligation to original leasing vendor (unless vendor has contacted LV Craft Shows management to state they are running late. However, for safety reasons, we cannot permit any vendors to set up their booth once the show has started). The booth becomes the property of LV Craft Shows® and will be used in a matter of its choosing.


    If vendor cancels for any reason, the vendor will not be entitled to any refund. There are no exceptions!! If vendor is a no call-no show, they may not be accepted into future shows. If they have paid for future shows, they will be refused the right to vend at those show(s) and no refunds will be issued for any reason. Vendor must call 48 hours prior to event to be considered as an acceptable contact in order to be allowed to vend in future events.

  • Right to likeness:

    LV Craft Shows® has the right to use your business name, pictures of products, workers, customers, and display in any video, newsprint, website, or any other media to promote “LV Craft Shows.” If you take pictures at our event and post them publicly on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, your or any webpage or on any flyer, we reserve the rights to copy and use them at our discretion. Vendor understands these become property of the promotor and acknowledges their consent to use such items. The promoter also agrees that any marketing material such as fliers, Facebook posts,or other advertisement may be used by the vendor to share to promote events by the promoter.

  • Booths & personnel:

    Each vendor booth location will be assigned by LV Craft Shows® personnel only. Please limit the number of people working your booth to 2 (for spaces 10x6 or smaller, and 3 for 8x8 or 10x10). A booth filled with the entire family is not appealing and may result in lesser sales (as we found out the hard way at some shows).

    Children of vendors must behave and not be disruptive to customers and others. A warning will be issued first, second visit will result in vendor either having someone pick up the child(ren) or vendor will have to pack up and leave event with no refund. All children must remain in the presence of adult supervision and be inside the booth at all times and may not hang out in the ailes. Children under 18 years of age may not man booths without an adult present. Children under 21 may not wander the casino (where applicable). They may go to one of the food establishments to eat or get food and return to their parent(where available).

  • Sharing:

    Spaces may not be shared or sublet unless prior written authorization is given by LV Craft Shows®. Please do not add products to your space that was not on the application or without prior authorization given.



    Please always refrain from any profanity and political preference...verbally as well as printed on products. The sale of said items is prohibited. These are family friendly events and should be a fun environment without any conflict. Thank you.

  • Exhibit space care:

    Nothing may be drilled, screwed, stapled, tacked, taped or nailed into any walls, spaces, or other areas of the property, nor the provided tables and or chairs, if applicable. No exceptions.

    There is no cooking allowed at indoor shows (unless with prior permission at our bigger venues).

    Nothing may be placed on top of the bar at Veil/Silverton or where applicable. And nobody is permitted to step behind the bar or DJ booths (where applicable) or use built-in storage space (Santa Fe).

  • Sound levels:

    Audible displays or sounds are permitted if they are maintained at an approved acceptable sound level that won’t disturb neighboring booths or guests. Microphones, megaphones, bull horns, etc. are not permitted for use by anyone except the show promoter or venue management.

  • Exhibit space & clean-up:

    Each vendor is always responsible to keep their booth neat and clean. Please bring a small trash can with you. Not all venues provide tables, chairs, or pipes/drapes. 

    Vendor agrees to remove all materials (i.e. zip ties, empty boxes, food containers, water bottles, etc.) and decorations from booth and agrees to return space back to the same condition as it was received by vendor. Any excessive trash left, or stains left behind may occur a $500 cleaning fee as per the venues.



    Vendors shall not dismantle or remove booth exhibit sooner than at closing of show. Doing so will jeopardize the opportunity to participate in future events anywhere with LV Craft Shows®. If future spaces have been paid for, they also will be forfeited without refund and become the property of LV Craft Shows® to do as they deem fit with them.

  • Storage:

    Vendors shall store all boxes and extra stock under tables or in vehicles and out of customers’ eye view. Aisles and public floor areas may not have product(s) racks, displays or boxes in/on them. You may not occupy any area outside your rented space or table at any time.

    All tables must be covered with a tablecloth. Covers must meet the floor if storage is placed underneath tables. This includes outdoor vendors. We suggest you sew, Velcro, or tape weights to the bottom of your table covers for outdoor venues to keep from flying around in any breeze. Table cover may be of your color choice (Tivoli Village prefers black), but must be tasteful. Lace covers are accepted for over your table cloth.

  • Sales of food/sampling of food/handing out food:

    If you are planning to sell any type of food or are planning to offer samples of food (including dips), please make sure you have the necessary paperwork and permits needed. You will need either a health permit and or cottage license, TFE, business license, and insurance. Some may also need a specific sampler’s permit. In addition, it will be YOUR responsibility to provide any of the items the health department requires (water container, cooler, etc.). Contact snhd.info for information.

    Please upload the required paperwork to your vendor portal account (under documents) and be sure to have it with you at time of the event.

    Handing out any food made at home without a cottage license is not permitted! Not even as a gift.

  • Vendor’s property/insurance:

    All the vendor’s property at the show shall be at the sole risk of the exhibitor and LV Craft Shows®️ assumes no responsibility for loss or damage thereto. 

    Vendors are responsible for obtaining their own general liability insurance for the event. It is not mandatory, but strongly recommended for all - (Food and select Beauty vendors are required to carry insurance).

  • Laws and regulations:

    The vendor is responsible for all knowledge of laws, regulations, or ordinances pertaining to public safety and their business while participating in the event. Compliance is mandatory and the sole responsibility of the vendor.

  • Fire and safety regulations:

    For those receiving electricity, all extension cord usage must be of commercial 3-prong grade. Bring a 3-prong commercial “power strip” if you need more than one outlet. Each vendor using electricity must bring an extension cord of 25′ or more. Please bring gaffing tape with you to tape down your extension cord and or power strip. If you do not have these items with you, we may not be able to give you electrical service. Outdoor venues do not have electric access (with very few exceptions).

    As per the fire marshal, you may not exceed your assigned booth space or place items in the aisles. You may use straight leg tent frames indoors (if booth size permits it), but no covers.

  • Loading and unloading:

    All vehicles used for loading and unloading must be removed from the loading area as quickly as possible so as not to obstruct traffic, block fire zone, or delay other exhibitors in their unloading and set-up efforts. You will receive notice of when/where and how to unload in an email the week of any event. Outdoor vendors will not be able to park at their sites. And not all vendors will be able to pull up to their sites to unload but we will get you as close as we can. All vendors must park in designated parking spaces as stated in the set-up email provided the week of the event.

  • Sales tax:

    Please note, all vendors at all events will be required to fill out and submit a sales tax form per day. It does not matter if you are informational, selling, direct sales, promotional, etc. It is the law!

    Every vendor will be required to submit a tax form. You will receive said form at the beginning of the show (at multi day shows, we will issue the form on the last show day) and will need it turned in after the show closes before leaving the venue.

  • Licensing/Permits:

    There may be a $10 vendor permit fee for shows held in the City of Las Vegas city limits. This fee will be waived if you provide your CoLV business license number at time of application.

    LV Craft Shows® and all vendors need to be compliant with the EFT law as per the State of Nevada for licensing of each individual vendor if not already licensed. Please state your Tax ID# or State of Nevada business license number on your registration form. If you do not have a State of NV business license, LV Craft Shows® will cover the EFT fee for you (where applicable) for up to two shows per year. After that, it will be $3 per event.



    We do issue one-time event permit for all vendors. However, if you are doing more than 2 shows a year, you may need to consider getting a business license and your own Tax ID#. Please check nvsos.gov and the NV Dept of taxation at https://tax.nv.gov for information.


  • Indemnity:

    The exhibitor/vendor accepts all risks associated with the use of the exhibit space and environs. The exhibitor shall not make any claim or demand or take any legal action, whatsoever, against LV Craft Shows®, the show sponsors, or the facility in which the show is held, for any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused, to the exhibitor, its officers, employees, agents, or their property.

    The exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LV Craft Shows®, show sponsors and the facility, their respective officers, agents, and employees, against all claims, costs and charges of every kind resulting from their occupancy of the exhibit space or its environs, for personal injuries, death, property damages or any other damage sustained by the exhibitor/vendor or its officers, agents, employees, or those for whom in law they are responsible, or LV Craft Shows® or a visitor of the show.

    Vendors will be asked to acknowledge that he/she has read the rules & regulations for the event listed and agrees to abide by them & that all information given in the application by the vendor is actual and true, including signatures.
