THIS IS A CRAFT & GIFT FESTIVAL open to vendors with handcrafted and gift items. Gift items may include buy & sell gifts as well as products made by Direct Sales (DS) companies (limit one per company). Please NO business applications, i.e. windows, solar, travel, psychics, etc.. Businesses may inquire about a sponsorship packet at LVCraftShows@gmail.com.

JEWELRY, BUY & SELL, DS VENDORS: Prior to completing this application, please send a photo of your product AND your display for review to 702-339-6689 or LVCraftShows@gmail.com. Upon approval, we will issue you a personalized approval code. (Please note: Scentsy, TW, LLR, DDS, Color Street, Chalk Couture, Tastefully Simple, Lipsense is already filled).

BOOTH SHARING: Two vendors with handcrafted items may share a booth that is 10 x 15 or larger. Please submit for approval PRIOR to completing the application as the products shared must compliment each other. DS may NOT share booths.

LV Craft Shows cannot issue full refunds for duplicate or wrong applications, or applications without approval code (PayPal does not refund transactions fees anymore).

Payment plan available at no additional charge. If you are choosing the payment plan option, please note that the down payment is due at time of application and that the remaining balance is due on Oct. 8, 2020 or you will forfeit your space. Please recheck all your selections before submitting. We can not make any changes once submitted.

  • If your product is handcrafted by you, you may enter "yes" and proceed. Jewelry and all other vendors need to inquire about an approval code PRIOR to completing this application. NO CBD products of any kind allowed!

    PLEASE NOTE: LV Craft Shows has a NO cancellation, NO refund policy; no exceptions, no exchanges, unless LVCS or the venue cancels the event. Kindly go to our website at LVCRAFTSHOWS.COM and read the rules & regulations! ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. SPACES ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. This is a 3-day event!
  • Did you read the instructions on top?? This event will be held inside the M Pavilion at the M Resort Spa Casino in Henderson. Corner booths are not bigger spaces! Please note, all payments are non-refundable. Booths will be piped & draped. Available booth sizes choices are 10'x10', 10' wide x 15' deep, or 10' wide x 20' deep, plus a New size, 10' wide x 5' deep - 10x5 = VERY LIMITED AVAILABILITY!! There are no wall spots for 10x5 booths. BOOTH SHARING IS ONLY PERMITTED WITH CHOICE OF 10X15 OR LARGER SPACE AND WITH APPROVAL ONLY! You may choose to take advantage of the payment plan by making your selection below. You must make the down payment AT TIME OF SUBMISSION. We will then send you an invoice with the balance and you may pay as you wish over the months leading to the event. Payment reminders will be sent automatically every month. BALANCE MUST BE PAID BY OCT. 8, 2020 or you'll forfeit your space. Spaces are not guaranteed until paid in full. If you cancel, you will lose your down payment.
  • There are NO tables, chairs, or waste baskets provided. Every vendor needs to supply their own tables, chairs, grids, waste baskets, etc. as long as it all fits within your assigned space.
  • You may order access to Power and or Wi-Fi at an additional charge from the venue directly. We will send order forms as it gets closer to the event. 5 amp power is $180 per booth. Wi-Fi is $54 per user. I suggest to maybe look into small generators and LED lighting.
  • If you are planning to sell any type of food or are planning to offer samples of food, including dips, please make sure you have the necessary permits needed. You will need either a health permit, TFA, and or cottage license. Please submit paperwork to apps@LVCraftShows.com and be sure to have it with you at time of the event. Contact www.snhd.info for information on what is required. Absolutely no samples allowed unless you have a special permit or valid cottage license.
  • Please enter your PR# found on your cottage license letter or health permit. If you don't have one, or can't find it, please contact the SNV health department. It will read PR and then a 7-digit number, i.e. PR1234567. You will also need to provide proof of insurance. IF YOU ARE NOT A FOOD VENDOR, ENTER N/A.
  • This is FREE for registered vendors. The first 100 guests per day (one per household) will receive our custom made LVCS totes, filled with samples, goodies, information, coupons, etc.. We encourage you to take part in this free program! It is great advertising! Swags can be any of the following: business cards, product samples, candy with your card, fliers, promo pen, coupons (with future expiration date), anything that promotes your business. We will need your 300 swags by November 1, 2020. Drop off locations will be sent to you at a later time.
  • PLEASE GIVE FULL DETAILS. PRODUCTS NOT LISTED MAY BE SUBJECT TO REMOVAL. If you are using brand names or DS products, please state the name to avoid duplicate displays. If selling accessories, please specify as it can be many things! Multi item vendors: If you are planning to sell jewelry alongside your other items, please contact us at 702-339-6689 for approval as jewelry spaces are limited and needs a code.

  • HITTING SUBMIT WILL TAKE YOU TO THE PAYMENT PAGE WHERE YOU CAN PAY VIA CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR PAYPAL. WE CANNOT HOLD SPACES WITHOUT PAYMENT IN FULL. If you chose the payment plan, you will receive an invoice sent to the email given by you above. Once we receive your application with payment, you will get a acceptance email within the next few days. A very detailed set-up email will be emailed to you on Wednesday prior to the show.
