IF YOU ARE NOT SELLING 100% HANDCRAFTED ITEMS or IF YOU ARE SELLING JEWELRY, YOU WILL NEED A PERSONALIZED APPROVAL CODE, EVEN IF YOU WERE APPROVED BEFORE! We accept credit card, debit card, and PayPal payments. Space cannot be held without payment! If you are experiencing any problems, please contact us at 702-339-6689. Please recheck all your selections before submitting. We cannot makes changes once submitted. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO TRADES! All payments are non-refundable!

    PLEASE NOTE: LV Craft Shows has a NO cancellation, NO refund policy; no exceptions, no exchanges, unless LVCS or the venue cancels the event. Deposits are non-refundable! Kindly go to our website at LVCRAFTSHOWS.COM and read the rules & regulations! ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. SPACES ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. This is a 2-day event!
  • PLEASE NOTE: JEWELRY and BATH/BODY SPACES ARE SOLD OUT! Please join the waiting list. This is an Indoor event only! Price is the same for inline and end spots. If you would prefer an end space, please put in the notes that you would like an end. There is no guarantee that you will get one, but we will try to accommodate you. It will be first come first served. End spaces are not bigger spaces! VENUE CAPACITY: 45 VENDOR SPACES; (15) 10x8, (10) 8x8, and (20) 6ft spaces. Please note, all payments are non-refundable. SET UP WILL BE FRIDAY 6 PM - 8 PM and SATURDAY 8 AM - 9:30 AM. SHOW HOURS WILL BE SAT 10 AM TO 5 PM, AND SUN 10 AM TO 4 PM. All spaces include one 6ft table, 2 chairs, and free Wi-Fi. 10x8 booths will include pipe, drape, and electricity. 6ft table spaces do not include pipe, drape, or electricity. You may order electricity on site (maybe share it with your neighbors to save$$). BOOTH SHARING is NOT permitted! Spaces are Width x Depth. All 10x8 spaces are on the wall. All 6 ft spaces are in the middle. No donation gift required, but if you would like to donate something to add to our big prize drawings, we'd appreciate it. The Orleans Arena is located at 4500 W Tropicana Ave, LV, NV 89103. The Craft Zone show room will be in the carpeted conference room adjacent to the main arena where the home improvement & backyard expo will take place. There will be signage directing people to the Craft Zone.
  • If you are planning to sell any type of food or are planning to offer samples of food, including dips, please make sure you have the necessary permits needed. You will need either a health permit or a cottage license and in some cases a samplers permit. Please submit a copy of your paperwork including your current business license to and be sure to have it with you at time of the event. Contact for information on what is required. Absolutely no open samples allowed unless you have a special samplers permit. Please check with the health department as to what you need on water, etc. If you are tax exempt, please submit the letter stating so and then state the info on the tax form issued at the event.
  • If you are not a food vendor, please state n/a.
  • This is FREE for registered vendors. The first 75 guests per day (one per household) will receive our custom made LVCS totes, filled with samples, goodies, information, coupons, etc.. We encourage you to take part in this free program! It is great advertising! Swags can be any of the following: business cards, product samples, candy with your card, fliers, promo pen, coupons (with future expiration date), anything that promotes your business. We will need your 150 swags by September 4, 2019. Drop off locations will be sent to you in your acceptance email as well as a reminder email. Set up email for the event will be sent a week prior to the event.
