LV CRAFT SHOWS RULES AND REGULATIONS
THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS HAVE BEEN UPDATED AND REVISED AS OF 07/12/2017. PLEASE NOTE….ALL VENDORS AT ALL EVENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT AND SUBMIT A SALES TAX FORM. DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU ARE INFORMATIONAL, SELLING, DIRECT SALES, GIVING AWAY, ETC. EVERY VENDOR WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A TAX FORM.

To clarify: We do not ask for A BUSINESS LICENSE! We do have a vendor sales permit for all vendors. LVCS will cover the EFT fee for you. However, if you are doing many shows a year, you may need to consider getting a business license. Please check nvsos.gov for information.
PLEASE NOTE: EVERYONE THAT APPLIES FOR A SPACE THAT WE RECEIVED PAYMENT WITH….WILL GET AN EMAIL ACCEPTANCE CONFIRMATION DIRECTLY FROM US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEPTION.
|RULES AND REGULATIONS|
|ALL APPLICATIONS ARE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS, BASED ON WHEN YOUR|
|APPLICATION IS RECEIVED & PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED SUCCESSFULLY. WE HAVE CATEGORY LIMITS. CRAFTERS ALWAYS HAVE PRECEDENCE.|
|NO REFUNDS UNLESS SHOW IS CANCELLED BY LVCS or FACILITY or YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN DENIED. OUTDOOR VENDORS ALSO WILL RECEIVE NO DIRECT REFUNDS OR WEATHER ALLOWANCES OR WEATHER REFUNDS.
LV Craft Shows cannot guarantee the outcome of any event. LV Craft Shows does provide extensive advertising, but it is up the vendor to invite their customers and followers as well as to provide excellent customer care during the event alongside an inviting and professional display.
|LV Craft Shows (LVCS) & the venue facility are not liable for the loss, damage or injury to any person(s) or product(s). Any outdoor vendors shall vend outdoors at their own risk. No tents are permitted but umbrellas are permitted. There is no weather exceptions.|
|Failure to Occupy Space: In the event that vendor does not occupy assigned space 60 mins. before the opening of the “SHOW”, LVCS reserves the right to sell or use space without refund or obligation to original leasing Vendor. Unless vendor has contacted us to state they are running late.|
|The booth becomes the property of LVCS and will be used in a matter of its choosing.|
|If Vendor cancels for any reason, the Vendor will not be entitled to any refund. There are no exceptions!!
If vendor is a no show- no call, they may not be accepted into future shows. If they have paid for future shows, they will be refused the right to vend at those show(s) and no refunds will be issued for any reason. Vendor must call 48 hours prior to event to be considered as an acceptable contact in order to be allowed to vend in future events.
|Right to Likeness: LVCS has the right to use your business name, pictures of products, workers, customers, and display in any video, newsprint, website or any other media to promote “LV Craft Shows.” If you take pictures at our event and post them publicly on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Yours or A Webpage or on any flyer, we reserve the rights to copy and use them at our discretion. Vendor understand these become property of the promotor and acknowledges their consent to use such items. The promoter also agrees that any marketing material such as fliers, Facebook posts, or other advertisement may be used by the vendor to share to promote events by the promoter.|
|Booths & Personnel: Each Vendor booth location will be assigned by LVCS personnel only. Children of vendors must behave and not be disruptive to customers and other vendors. A warning will be issued first, second visit will result in vendor either having someone pick up the child(ren) or vendor will have to pack up and leave event with no refund. All children must remain in presence of adult supervision. Children under 18 years of age may not man booths without an adult present. Children under 21 may not wander the casino. They may go to one of the food establishments to eat or get food and return to the their parent.|
|Spaces may not be shared or sublet unless prior authorization is given by LVCS. Please do not add products to your space that was not on the application or prior authorization has been given.|
|Exhibit Space Care: Nothing may be drilled, screwed, stapled, tacked, taped or nailed into any of the property, nor the provided tables and or chairs, if applicable. No exceptions. There is no cooking allowed at indoor shows.|
|Sound Levels: Audible displays or sounds are permitted and must be maintained at an approved acceptable sound level.|
|Microphones, megaphones, bull horns, etc. are NOT PERMITTED for use by anyone except show promoter.|
|Exhibit Space & Clean-Up: Vendor agrees to remove all materials and decorations from booth and agrees to return space back to the same condition as it was received by Vendor. If you leave stains or excessive trash behind, you may be charged a cleaning fee. Vendors shall not dismantle or remove booth exhibit sooner than at closing of show. Doing so will jeopardize the opportunity to participate in future events anywhere with LVCS,. If future spaces have been paid for, they also will be forfeited without refund and become the property of LVCS to do as LVCS deems fit with them.|
|Storage: Vendors shall store all boxes and extra stock under tables or in vehicles and out of customers eye view. Isles and public floor areas MAY NOT have product(s) racks, displays or boxes in/on them. You may not occupy any area outside your rented space or table.|
|All tables must be covered. Covers must meet the floor if storage is placed underneath tables. This includes outdoor vendors. We suggest you sew, velcro or tape weights to the bottom of your table covers for outdoor venues to keep from flying around in any breeze. Table cover may be of your color choice but must be tasteful. Lace covers are accepted for over your table cloth.|
Sales of food/sampling of food/handing out food: If you are planning to sell any type of food or are planning to offer samples of food (including dips), please make sure you have the necessary paperwork needed. You will need either a health permit and or cottage license. Please submit paperwork to apps@LVCraftShows.com and be sure to have it with you at time of the event. Contact snhd.info for information. Handing out any food made at home without a cottage license is not permitted!
Liability and Insurance: The vendor should obtain insurance for their business at their own expense if desired. The promoter and venue are not liable for the loss, injury or damage to any person(s) and/or product(s).
Laws and Regulations: The vendor is responsible for all knowledge of laws, regulations or ordinances pertaining to public safety and their business while participating in the event. Compliance is mandatory and the sole responsibility of the vendor.
|Garbage Disposal: Each vendor is responsible to keep their booth neat and clean at all times. Please bring a small trash can with you…..ever 2nd or 3rd space there is one supplied.|
|Fire and Safety Regulations: (for those receiving electricity) All extension cord usage must be of commercial 3 prong grade. Bring a 3 prong commercial“power strip” if you need more than one outlet. Each vendor using electricity must bring an extension cord of 25′ or more. All extension cords and power strips must be 3 prong only. PLEASE BRING TAPE WITH YOU TO TAPE DOWN YOUR EXTENSION CORD AND OR POWER STRIP. If you do not have these items with you, we may not be able to give you electric service. OUTDOOR VENUES do not have electric service at this time.|
|Loading and Unloading: All vehicles used for loading and unloading must be removed from the loading area as quickly as possible so as not to obstruct traffic, block fire zone or delay other exhibitors in their unloading and set-up efforts.You will receive notice of when/where and how to unload in an email BY Wednesday before any event. Outdoor vendors will not be able to park at their sites. And not all vendors will be able to pull up to their sites to unload but we will get you as close as we can. All vendors must park in designated parking spaces in the rear of the building or in/by the parking garage.|
|EVERYONE NEEDS TO CHECK IN FIRST SO WE MAY INSTRUCT YOU TO THE LOAD IN LOCATION CLOSEST TO YOUR SPACE.|
|By signing the application form page, the Vendor acknowledges that he/she has read the rules & regulations for the event listed and agrees to abide by them & that all information given in the application by the vendor is actual and true, including signatures. (application must be filled out completely and paid to be considered for approval)|
|LVCS reserves the right to change, alter or revise the rules and regulations as it deems necessary without notice.|
