LV Craft Shows 2018 Craft & Gift Show APPLICATIONS (May - July)

    PLEASE NOTE: LV Craft Shows has a NO cancellation, NO refund policy; no exceptions, no exchanges, unless LVCS or the venue cancels the event. Kindly go to our website at LVCRAFTSHOWS.COM and read the rules/regulations! LVCS will be at 2 locations!! SILVERTON - Table spaces are 8x4' and booth spaces are 8x8' in size. Table space includes a 6' or 8' table (if chosen/while supplies last), 2 chairs, electricity, Wi-Fi and extensive advertising. Booth space includes the same as table space except you have an 8x8' area where you can add your own additional tables, racks, grid etc. as long as it fits within the 8x8 space. Please note that end/corner spaces are NOT bigger! OUTDOOR SPACES: Outdoor spaces will be open to handmade crafts ONLY! Atrium/Walkway spaces are 6' x 4' or 10' x 10' (10x10 permits usage of tents). Veranda spaces are 6'x4' and covered. Vendor must bring their own tables, chairs, tents, weights, umbrellas, etc. Tents are only allowed in Atrium 10'x10' spaces. No tents allowed in other areas. There is no electricity in the Walkway area and limited availability in the Veranda area. PLEASE NOTE: We have no control of the weather. There will be no refunds, trades, exchanges, if weather is bad or prevents you from being able to vend. SANTA FE STATION: All spaces are 10x6' in size. Space includes a 6' or 8' table with tablecloth (if chosen/while supplies last), 2 chairs, electricity, and extensive advertising. Please note that end/corner spaces are NOT bigger spaces at either venue.
  • As per the Silverton venue, in order for them to be compliant with the State of NV Exhibition Facility Tax law, all vendors are required to either submit a State of Nevada business license/tax ID number or pay a $2 Exhibition Facility fee (EFT) per event. We understand that many of you do not have or do not need a business license, and that is no problem, you just agree to pay the fee. (This is separate from the sales tax due). Thank you for your understanding.
  • PLEASE NOTE: This show iS SOLD OUT! Please join the waiting list (no charge) and we will contact you, should a space become available or should we open the outdoors (if heat permits it). We will bill you once you are confirmed. Cost varies on what space becomes available. Please note that cancellations often don't happen until the day or two before the show. Corner booths or end table spaces are NOT bigger spaces! They are simply at the end of the row to provide easier access to get in and out.

  • Please choose from the following. To waive the fee, please state your NEVADA business license number or Tax ID# in the field above. If you do not have a NEVADA business license, you are required to pay a $2 EFT fee.
  • Tables are provided on a first come/first serve basis as the venue has a limited qty available. The 8ft tables are 8x2.5 ft, the 6ft tables are 6x2.5 ft. Tablecloths are NOT provided at Silverton. They are provided at Santa Fe. SF has very limited number of tables available. Outdoor vendors need to bring their own table and chairs.
  • Access to electricity is provided on a first come/first serve basis. You will need to share the outlets provided. Not everyone may be near an outlet. Please bring a 25ft extension cord, a power strip, and tape to secure the cord (to avoid tripping over it). PLEASE ONLY CHOOSE ELECTRICITY IF YOU NEED IT FOR YOUR DISPLAY.
  • If you are planning to sell any type of food or are planning to offer samples of food, including dips, please make sure you have the necessary paperwork needed. You will need either a health permit and or cottage license. Please submit paperwork to apps@LVCraftShows.com and be sure to have it with you at time of the event. Contact snhd.info for information on what is required. Absolutely no open samples allowed!
  • This is FREE for registered vendors for each show you are sign up for. The first 75 guests (one per household) will receive our custom made LVCS totes filled with samples, goodies, information, coupons, etc.. We encourage you to take part in this free program ! It is great advertising! Swags can be any of the following: business cards, product samples, candy with your card, fliers, promo pen, coupons (with future expiration date), anything that promotes your business. If you would like to do swags for additional shows (i.e. you sign up for one show, but would like to do swags for all 4), you are welcome to join the program for 20 cents per swag ($15 per show). If you are are registered, we will automatically assign the date you are registered. If you are adding swags, please state the desired date(s) in the comment box.
